APPLES ARE SHIPPED VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICE

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping apples. Their service is fast, efficient, and right to the door. All shipments must be prepaid, so call first for correct shipping charges. UPS does not protect apples from freezing; therefore, we may advance or delay shipments to avoid periods of cold weather. Bushel & Peck will use the best quality apples and ample packaging in an attempt to avoid damage to the products. Minor bruising may occasionally occur. In the event of pilfering, or damage to the box, please accept the shipment, then notify UPS of your loss in dollars and cents. Recipient should have damaged receipt information from the UPS driver, 30 Day Claim Period for damaged products.

UPS SHIPPING AND HANDLING

UPS apple shipment starts approximately October 4^th and runs until approximately December 13^th with the exception of Thanksgiving week. Orders received by noon on Thursday of each week will be shipped the following Monday weather permitting.
